Great Battery prices
I had an absolutely terrible experience at the Parts Department of Bruckner’s Truck & Equipment in Odessa, TX. Christian Puente at the counter was extremely rude and disrespectful. He acted like he owned the place and treated customers with zero professionalism. Instead of helping, he had an arrogant attitude and made the entire experience frustrating. Absolutely one of the best shops for Volvo I have ever come across. Parts was open on Saturday but Service was actually closed. Still a tech and service writer got me in the shop for a fix on a bad air leak. Thanks, guys!
