Limped into this volvo location in Odessa at 5mph from 2 miles away I was seen by Assistant service Mgr. Mr.Kramer Woodard he diagnosed the problem found a recall on the DEF System on Friday morning after changing out the DEF BOX another issue came up which led Mr.Kramer to go above and beyond he knew I was under a load, he drove his personal vehicle 2 hrs to retrieve a part from Odessa came back and worked until the issue was solved on his day off. We took our 2008 mack Chu 613 to them because it was running bad they came up with the injector was bad in number 3 hole. So they said that you have to replace all of them. When they did that they broke the injector off in the head so they had to pull the head to get it out well they charged us for that on top of everything. We finally got it back after about 3 months or so. Well that costs almost 25k. Well you would think it would be running great nope running about the same or worst.
