I’ve been dealing with Colton Lundegreen at Bruckner’s for a while now, and he’s hands down one of the best parts guys I’ve ever worked with. As a diesel mechanic, I come in often for all kinds of parts, and Colton always goes above and beyond to help out. He knows his stuff, doesn’t waste time, and genuinely cares about getting you the right part the first time. Friendly, knowledgeable, and dependable exactly what you want at the front counter.

Parts department is great. The service department on the other hand is a different story. It seams like no matter what you take your truck in there for your looking at a minimum 5k. I let them know every time I took my trucks there the emissions altered. This last time they decided to update my ECM which messed up my truck which they didn't help with. That was a month ago. I had a check engine light the problem was the Nox sensor needed to be replaced that cost me almost 2000$ with software updates . Nice repair shop they are pretty fast also but be ready for some serious expenses.
