Volvo, drivers, beware. I'm sure Mac is the same problem. These people will not fix your truck properly. Give it back to you and then when it breaks again. They won't warranty the work they've already been paid to do. I wouldn't bring my truck there on a bet. Only on an emergency to get it patched up enough to take it to a reputable dealer. Brackner's is crooked.
I bought a used truck from these people and I am super impressed. They picked me up from the airport on a holiday when they were closed no less took me to the truck. My truck seemed OK. I had to drive it 600 miles to Colorado and before I got home, it had issues. Needless to say, ended up getting towed to a dealership in Denver, where it was fixed. Bruckner’s stood behind it all the way. Lorne Grady thank you very much.
Cody in the service department is just plan out rude. I said hi I am here to check on my truck. So didn't even say a word to me and asked the other lady if she had it and walked out. Its my first time here and I wouldn't recommend this shop at all. Was told truck was in the shop this morning but that was a lie. They just got it into the shop no more then an hour ago. But truck now won't be done until tomorrow sometime in the afternoon after we have been told it would be done today. The lies and bs with this shop in crazy. So... read more
