On July 5 2019 a plumber from Bruckner plumbing went to my daughters apartment to repair a leak in her 5th floor apartment, he repaired a leaking elbow in the wall, however he replace the fluid master in the toilet tank with an old used one causing water to fill the tank very very slow. Why he installed an old one? Does Bruckner plumbing charge landlords full price for old parts, it’s ok If they use used plumbing parts such as elbows, coupling as long as they brass or copper which is in good condition, but using and old flui... read more
If I could give 0 stars, I would. This company is a joke. I wasted so much time dealing with them trying to get work started, no call backs, no emails. Just a huge waste of time!!! Go to another company that will actually appreciate your business.
