Nurses were very rude and DON waa unhelpful when complained. State needs to come in and evaluate the bullying tactics.

How would you compare this provider to others in his/her field that you have visited? Among the best I have seen Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered? Yes, I was greeted when I walked in Does this provider adhere to the customer is always right policy? Absolutely, the customer is always right here Was this provider's staff friendly? Yes, they went above and beyond Was this provider's office too cold? Not at all, it was the perfect temperature

Does this provider welcome questions? Yes, they don't mind answering my questions Did you experience unnecessary pain during your visit? Not one bit! I felt much better when I left! Was this provider's office easy to locate? Fairly Easy Does this provider always take that extra step to make you feel special? Not really, I've never seen them go above and beyond Are you confident that this provider will continue working with you until a solution is reached? Not really, sometimes I worry they're going to stop trying to help me

Does this provider always put the customer first? Definitely not. They seem to care more about themselves Did this provider promise services he/she couldn't provide? Yes!
