Do not take your animals to this location. My dog was left unsupervised while on their leash for long enough to chew threw the leash. Two days later the dog wakes us up coughing out her lungs, we rush her to an emergency vet where they recommend an x-ray. We tried to contact them to ask about scheduling an x-ray with them, we spoke to the manager, Taran, who let us know that we were no longer welcome for leaving a private negative review after their negligence endangered our dog. Worst Server Ever (Appointment doesn't mean anything to them) I went in for a checkup for my Poodle Coco with an appointment, I went there and called the number they provided, they asked me to hold for a moment and kept me hold for 15 mins, I disconnected and called back again, they said they will be coming out in a moment, they made me wait for an hour and then I had to leave. I will find another place for Coco where they respect our time and understand appointment. Very disappointed. Never going back there.
One of the better priced vets in the Sacramento area, very reasonable prices for a professional veterinarians office. They gotta get their information spiel down a wee bit better because I wasn't informed the procedure wouldn't even start til 11 when I dropped her off at 8am. I was referred to Bruceville Pet Hospital and I am thankful for that. Their staff is on point- professional, efficient, caring, and knowledgeable. They not only display loving care for your pet but they respect the pet owner as well. I highly recommend this place for your pets.
Don't leave any personal files pertaining medical info such as prognosis, procedures, billing info & your personal info you had ~ it will be lost, know that. I've tried on two separate occasions, stopped by to ask if they have found my dogs file from a Specialist Hospital. I was then told to call THAT hospital for a copy. This is beyond frustrating.
