Then I got called again and got told it was finished then when I go there they forgot to install a new passenger mirror that had a huge chunk taken out from the wreck… very stressful and bad experience definitely ... read more

The body work is good, but the customer service is not. I called the shop every few days to ask for updates, and the woman at the front desk seemed perplexed as to why I was calling, providing a vague timeline.
