Highly not recommended. After several years of reasonably good, if inconsistent service, Bruce took prepayment of $600 to install a stone path and then disappeared. Never returned another phone call. When I ran across him in town one day (driving his yard maintenance rig), he told me he had emergency heart surgery. This while eating a huge bag of potato chips. He said he had used the money on medical bills.
