I called because I was in a pinch and moving and did not have my lawnmower. I spoke with someone from the company who said they would be available to look at my lawn the same day which I was relieved, and he gave me his cell number. I waited all day and even texted the person when I thought I saw him in my neighborhood. The company never called me back so I called the following day in which no one answered so I left a message and again, no call back.
Made an appointment for sunday morning, but they never showed up! we even called them but they didn't return our call or respond to our voicemail. terrible service!
