I have used Bruce’s Carpet’s for 30 years. Each time they replaced carpets for me they were extremely professional, very personable and did an excellent job from start to finish. This most recent time, I relied on them for a deep consultation regarding whether to have carpets replaced or to have wood floors installed. As usual, their advice was Excellent. I highly recommend them for anybody interested in getting the best service and the highest quality of work.
Our experience was great from start to finish. Of all the places we visited, the customer service was far and away the best. All the ladies are so knowledgeable and helped us choose the perfect carpets for our home. The price was right, too! The installers worked hard for 13 hours to finish the job, even though we told them they could come back the next day. Highly recommend this family-owned local business.
The entire experience was excellent. The employees at the store were knowledgeable and helped us select the proper flooring for our sunroom conversion. Lynn then came out and took detailed measurements and photos and assisted with ordering the flooring. The crew that handled the install did an outstanding job and were very efficient. I’d definitely recommend and would use them again should we require any flooring in the future.
Great customer service! There was a delay in receiving the flooring I ordered and was informed right away about the time frame. Since I was selling my place and moving, they were able to make another recommendation for another choice that was similar in looks and it came out great. I also appreciate that they were able to do the job so quickly in two days. It's beautiful. This was my first time having flooring done, so I appreciated the input and the pros and cons they went over with me.
I have been wanting to replace my carpets with hardwood laminate flooring for years. I finally made the decision to do it, but it was very close to the holidays. The Bruce’s team accommodated my needs right before Christmas, and literally finished the job in 12 hours. They were thorough, professional, communicative and I really felt like I was getting top-notch service from a family business. My floors were ready just in time for me to entertain over the break. And they look gorgeous!!!!
