Bruce's Carpet went out of their way to install carpet for 4 bedrooms & a bonus room in my new home within a tight timeframe, before my furniture was delivered. Excellent customer service. Very nice carpet. Reasonably priced.

Georgie did an amazing job of providing me information about the options and ensuring I had an ample supply of samples to try at home. Delighted with Bruce’s Carpets & Flooring. The two men who laid the flooring were neat, efficient, creative and did a beautiful job. Bruce’s Carpets & Flooring is lucky to have such kind, reliable, and polite employees. They have done three jobs in my home and I have been happy with the results each time.
I have used Bruce’s Carpet’s for 30 years. Each time they replaced carpets for me they were extremely professional, very personable and did an excellent job from start to finish. This most recent time, I relied on them for a deep consultation regarding whether to have carpets replaced or to have wood floors installed. As usual, their advice was Excellent. I highly recommend them for anybody interested in getting the best service and the highest quality of work.
Our experience was great from start to finish. Of all the places we visited, the customer service was far and away the best. All the ladies are so knowledgeable and helped us choose the perfect carpets for our home. The price was right, too! The installers worked hard for 13 hours to finish the job, even though we told them they could come back the next day. Highly recommend this family-owned local business.
