I brought in my 2012 Toyota Venza to have the driver-side 'blend door actuator' replaced, since it was stuck and only blowing 'cold' air. They fixed it in short-order. Since the son has taken over the business (I had dealt with the father since the mid-nineties) I find the service to be as good and honest as it was with his father, Bruce. Like father, like son!
