I was expecting to wait a day or two, since it was already 4pm on a Friday, but he came over right away. He found and fixed the problem quickly and the price was very fair (he saved me a fortune). Bruce was friendly and did a demonstration of the line he fixed so that I could see it’s not leaking. He then recommended we replace the unit because it was leaking badly. One of the most thorough and professional technicians I’ve met. He’s also the owner. 💚
