My AC stopped working in the 113 degree heat and after a quick google search I found Bruce AC and gave him a call. I was expecting to wait a day or two, since it was already 4pm on a Friday, but he came over right away. He found and fixed the problem quickly and the price was very fair (he saved me a fortune). Bruce was friendly and did a demonstration of the line he fixed so that I could see it’s not leaking. He then recommended we replace the unit because it was leaking badly. One of the most thorough and professional technicians I’ve met. He’s also the owner. 💚
For all my future AC maintenance’s.. I will be for sure calling Bruce! Super informative and very friendly and thoughtful! Knew I was stressed and did whatever it took to make it easier for me! He was always very patient and easy to talk to especially when I knew nothing about what he was doing.
