Just closed on an available Mountainview Plan home. We were able to pick exterior paint, and add stone. Also, was able to add staining wood beams and pick paint colors. Derrick made the buying process easy! We love our new Weichert home in Mountainvale.
We had them build a home for us in the new Mountainvale Subdivision. Excellent quality and everything has been great so far. We picked the lot, floorplan, interior finishes and extras. Every step of the process was clear and well communicated. They wasted no time getting it done and me and my wife would check on progress daily. I have owned 2 Weichert homes. The same issues with each house. I caution you to buy from this builder. They do not want to deal with you after the sale. Very poor service for reasonably required things. The house is nice, but buyer beware.
Great experience throughout the entire process. Excellent communication from start to finish. They did an excellent job on everything, especially our awesome new home!
