Jocelyn, I went there for a recall and the young lady there wasn't helpful at all . She said i don't know about that part I thing they don't make a it anymore. She didn't even bother to take my information in case the part comes in . She needs to be more professional to deal with customers. All she said was I don't know what to tell you.
March 2025 bought Ford EcoSport 2020 with 64,000 miles on the SUV. I always wanted one. I put least then 10000 miles on then sept had a blown engine that took 2 months to fix then i pick the car up and a friday and got gas and had to turn the car back in for fuel pump. Which took another 2 weeks. I would never ever by a ford car again. The sales people wanted to put me in brand new car and instead of working with my budget that i could afford. I will never ever buy a ford again,

Hi, I'm writing for help with my service order for my 2011 Ford Explorer, which has been at your shop since this past July 2025. They tell you they cannot come down on price. The next day the truck is posted cheaper online for a lower price than what they were trying to get you to buy it for. I guess playing games is fun for them.
I don't even know where to begin... My warranty repair of a torque converter took nearly 3 weeks to complete. Asked about a loaner, since it was a warranty repair, said they had "over 40 people" on a waiting list for loaners ; rented a car on my own, submitted the rental car invoice for payment never got paid by the dealership, despite phone conversations saying they would pay as it is part of the extended warranty. Made an appointment 2 weeks out. Needed the torsion bar in the tailgate replaced which I already had purchased, I decided to go ahead and get it serviced. This was a Monday morning at 8:00 AM . I received a call from the service writer telling me there is an additional part needed to repair the tailgate easy lift. They were also supposed to do two recalls, one being the passenger rear door lock does not work. Then another recall on some internal door part. Make sure whatever they quote you for any work that You get it in writing!! They told my husband one price and after work was done I went to pay and it was higher My husband called to talk to them about it and they stated the manager would get back with him,we are still waiting to hear back after calling them several times!! They don't seem to value their customers 😕
