Dr. Zinsmeister is a wonderful, caring doctor that takes time to review your options for blood pressure care. He also teaches and encourages healthy living so that you can be the best you can be. I'm extremely grateful to have him as my cardiologist.
Dr. Zinsmeister is great. Very patient and thorough. However, the staff you have to deal with in this office is awful. They treat you as though they are in a hurry. You can barely get anyone to answer the phone, often going to a generic avaya voicemail or being hung up on. Each time we’ve been there, two ladies run the counter and for separate doctors-not able to assist the other. Meanwhile, there is staff behind them chatting away. Dr. Z is wonderful but the front office is not. Try to get a script refilled or make an appointment & it's always a hassle.
