I have been to ophthalmologists around the world and this was by far the worst experience I have ever had. William O. Malone only cares about money, patient needs are not even a factor in so far as it does not put the most amount of money in their pocket. The wait time is over 45 minutes, there is a complete disregard for the patient. The office staff are the most ignorant selfish people in the field.
