I rented from Bruce and Tara for two years, and they were, hands down, the best landlords I've ever had. Anytime I had an issue, they responded promptly and came over immediately to help. The house I rented was a beautiful space, and I feel lucky to have found such amazing landlords. I highly recommend renting from them, and I hope to work with them as my realtors one day when I'm ready to search for my own home.

Bruce helped me purchase my home and performed property maintenance on my home for 9 years. When it was time to sell Bruce sold my home and provided great input on the price and gave great advice on what was needed to put it on the market. Had an offer in three days of listing.
