Dear Mr. Tansky I am a resident at Cranberry Estates and I just had the electric company come to check my apartment for energy efficiency and they told me we all need new windows n doors it's so drafty in these apartments. They said they were the original doors n windows yet our rent goes up 50$ every year. I lived in Gansevoort in Mc Gregor apartments for many years and only moved to these because I have many doctors down here if I had known the conditions down here I'd have stayed in Gansevoort.
