We moved in April of 2024. **** *******in Halfmoon NY. New townhomes. Buyer beware. The lots are a swamp with grading issues. Countless neighbors have moved in only to find their floors are crooked. Roofs and windows are leaking. Basements are flooding with odd smells. Mold from the wood laying around all winter then being used to frame the building.
