Bruce Simon is an excellent realtor. I recently sold my home and used Bruce as the selling agent. He had very good suggestions for preparing my house for sale, which bore fruit immediately. We had over 50 showings in a 3-day period, and multiple offers (all over the asking price) within a few days.
