I purchased a couple of items from Ferguson in Rogers, one of which I needed to return and I brought it back the day after purchase. A week later I still did not receive a refund. I went in to rectify it and they asked me to bring a bank statement proving I did not get my refund, which I did the next day. Not sure who is actually responsible because I ordered a part to be shipped, but Rogers is the closest location. The part said available for immediate shipment and it's been 4 days and it still says open, 2 emails have not been returned, and a call to customer service which initiated another email from them has yet to be returned as well. I needed this part 2 weeks ago! WR599630
Spencer was phenomenal in helping myself and the company I work for with an evaporator coil issue we ran into onsite. He went above and beyond and did whatever was necessary to make sure we could take care of our customers. Not to mention Spencer is a very knowledgeable, smart, and all around professional guy to work with. Whenever you stop by this supply house, make sure you deal with him for all your needs.
