They were fast,Very polite and courteous. Actually, I'm not a plumber and they were quite helpful answering questions I had.
I purchased a couple of items from Ferguson in Rogers, one of which I needed to return and I brought it back the day after purchase. A week later I still did not receive a refund. I went in to rectify it and they asked me to bring a bank statement proving I did not get my refund, which I did the next day. I got the run around again as they stated the person who does those wasn’t there and they would call me back. Nobody ever called. 2 weeks after the return I still have yet to get the refund.
