This office is terrible. Poor service
Dr. Horowitz is a great Doctor and I miss him very much. I would like to know if he is still practicing Medicine and where I could find him. It is to bad that he is no longer with Winthrop.
Excellent & empathic care
Dr. Horowitz was my family's doctor for over 20 yrs. What a shame that he is no longer with NYU Langone. Everything changed since NYU took over. Your loss to lose a fine, caring and professional doctor like Dr. HOROWITZ.
