One Star! I wish I could give a negative 1. While Teresa, the front office staff, was great with excellent customer service and sympathy, Dr. Pinker was far from impressive. I switched foot doctors after 15+ years with my previous one (who moved out of state), hoping for better care. I thought Progressive Foot Care would offer foot soaking and treatment, as my old doctor did, but I was wrong. When I called PFC, I learned that only their White Plains location offers that service. Don’t know what kind of doctor he is, as a man he doesn’t pay his bills. He tries to get over on people.
Dr. Pinker is very good and thorough. His staff is very friendly, and it’s easy to get an appointment with him. He definitely cares about his patients.
