One Star! I wish I could give a negative 1. While Teresa, the front office staff, was great with excellent customer service and sympathy, Dr. Pinker was far from impressive. I switched foot doctors after 15+ years with my previous one (who moved out of state), hoping for better care. I thought Progressive Foot Care would offer foot soaking and treatment, as my old doctor did, but I was wrong. When I called PFC, I learned that only their White Plains location offers that service.
