I started working with this firm through a friend's recommendation. The team did a good job until about 2023...When I had access to the owner of the CPA office. However, mistakes were made in 2023 that cost me $600, such as being told an extension was filed when it wasn't. In 2024, I will just say that there was a lot of poor communication, gaslighting, and gatekeeping involved.
