Of the several HVAC contractors I talked to, Jim at Bruce Mechanical was the one to look at duct sizing as well as offer a manual J calculation to determine what size of heating system was needed. He then offered information on heating with gas vs with a heat pump and the interplay with my undersized ducts. Do not recommend this company. Bellow's is better priced. Their owners and service tech/installers are a lot more friendlier and professional.
