Rafael arrived to my house a one man wrecking crew. He removed and replaced the outside condenser unit in no time all by himself, this guy kicked ass! He was friendly, professional, and hard working (Imagine two girls and a pregnant wife breathing down your neck telling you that they’re hot lol) yeah he definitely save me I really appreciate this guy!
Huge shoutout to Jason from Bruce Mech Air Conditioning and Heating! He fixed my AC quickly, was incredibly relatable, and took the time to explain everything to me so I felt completely in the loop. Exceptional service from a great guy—he honestly deserves a raise for the level of care he provides. Will definitely call them again!

I have called service twice on our new home build. Bruce Mechanical, specifically Johnny was awesome. They explained both issues we had each time and repaired them or made adjustments on warranty, even though technically not under warranty. Nice, honest, fair people to deal with and the technicians have been great.
My unit quit working on a Saturday night around 9:00 pm. Called for after hours service due to medical conditions and Johnny came from an hour away and got my unit working in less than 15 minutes. Johnny - you're a life saver! Thank you and to Bruce Mech for being there!
