Worst company to deal with they give you grace period to show up in 30 minute but it’s actually 6 mins. The been pushing repairs on unit for 2 weeks. Imagine you run big corporation but only have 1 ladder to climb the roof and fix the issue. Don’t not buy new units from them. Because warranty is a PAIN…
My compressor failed just over three years after it was replaced on the HVAC system that came with my new home in 2020. Unfortunately, it turned out the company the builder used for my home warranty never submitted the paperwork to extend the warranty on the replacement compressor. Incredible Service – Saved the Weekend! I cannot say enough good things about the team at Bruce Mechanical. On a Friday night at 8:30 PM, our house was well over 92°F.
