Very unhappy with the experience here, other accountants could not make sense of errors made by J&M. company is not the same as when owned and operated by Bruce McLaughlin.
Over the years I have utilized a number of different tax services such as online filing software, like Turbo Tax, and the mall strip offices, like H&R Block. What I have found was tax filing software (and their support services) that did not sufficiently guide me through available deductions and mall strip tax agents that have a different face every year followed by “and here is your bill”. J&M Accounting has a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Everyone there are very knowledgeable, communicative and comforting to talk to! Their new office has a very positive vibe also! Highly recommended!
