BMC has a very strong reputation and deservedly so. Bruce was responsive, professional, and followed up at every step - good communication! He has done a few commercial projects for me. They are very detailed oriented and maintain clean sites. Yes, I give BMC my highest recommendation!
If you’re a subcontractor and get a job with him, bond it yourself if you like getting paid for your work. Don’t trust him to bond it. He will get paid, but won’t pay you. The cost to bond it yourself upfront is a whole lot cheaper and less time consuming than having to resort to legal fees, lawyer meetings because you’ve been owed six figures for going on two years.
