My husband, who has dementia, saw Dr. Coull on 7/18/23. Dr. Coull spent time talking to him, asked questions about his childhood in Pennsylvania on a dairy farm, showed genuine interest, patience, and respect, for a patient who has difficulty speaking. Afterwards, my husband kept talking, about his visit, and how happy he was to see him. One question was "how early" he had to get up to milk cows? Leon said he didn't.
