We had a devastating experience with Dr Bruce Linden HV family medicine, they misdiagnosis and prescribed the wrong counter-indicative drugs to my son that resulted in his death. They are the most reckless, careless, greedy and incompetent people in healthcare in the world, not only in Texas but the whole world.

Dr. Linden is not only an excellent diagnostician. He also has a way about him that you automatically feel better when you see him. You walk out of his office feeling much much better he sees you. He hears you. He looks you in the eye as you’re talking. He’s the best doctor I’ve ever had.

My sister and her family have been patients at HV Family Medicine for over 15 years and have always had confidence in the care they provide. That's why we felt comfortable recommending the practice to my 76-year-old father. Unfortunately, our recent experience has caused us to rethink that trust. Dr. Bruce Linden always takes time to answer all my questions and never seems rushed. He has been my primary care physician for many years and I know I he provides excellent care!

A$0 physical turned into an expensive visit that I was billed for many tests that I did not request and others that I discussed with the doctor. He billed me for medical items that I have had for many years and did not need to be tested. Buyer beware!

I have been seeing Dr. Linden for over 15 years, and I have been moving all over the metroplex since then and still continues to see him as my primary care, even though his office is 45 minutes away. It’s nice to see a doctor when you go for a visit Instead of a PA

Saw Dr. Linden for years and went in for a simple visit. Sinus infection and needed refill for birth control. Received a bill for Level 4 care costing $450 plus $140 for COVID/Flu testing. Billing is archaic with no way to pay online. Write a check and find a stamp like our grandparents did it. Moving on to a modern doctors office.

I saw Dr. Bruce Linden for 35 yrs. I made appt during the DFW area freeze and received many electronic appt confirmations up to the evening prior. I made the treacherous drive and nobody was there. I complained their automation should have mentioned the office was closed and appt canceled. I got in the following week. I enter the office and a young woman tries to stick a thermometer in my mouth before greeting me. I request she prove it's clean, so she placed another sleeve on it. I hate writing negative reviews and usually try and focus on positives. I feel like this needs to be addressed so that others thinking of switching physicians. I am sure I am a handful of negative reviews for this doctor, but equally so, I am not a difficult person. My wife convinced me to go here less than a year ago. I thought all was going well, but apparently I don't fit the Highland Village mold. I received a certified letter basically dropping me.
