Review of Toledo Dental Team (formerly Dr. Kloster's Office) I was a long-time patient of Dr. Kloster and had always been satisfied with the care I received. Since his retirement and the sale of the practice to this new group, however, my experience has changed drastically — and not for the better. I'm a new patient and can't be any happier. Very nice people, made me feel at home. Just had an appointment that went great.
Went today for a cleaning, when I arrived no one was at the front desk. When someone finally noticed me waiting in their office they said I was late to my appointment and that I had to reschedule, they then decided to make snarky jokes and comments, overall just very rude
