We hired Bruce Heys Builders to build our new lake house on Big Star Lake. Bruce ensured our project was completed in the timeframe that he committed to. We are very happy with the quality of the work and continue to receive numerous compliments. Bruce is very easy to work with and remained very professional throughout the entire project. When our lake house was completed he worked diligently to finish the punch list and responded to any warranty issues.

We recently moved back from ADA after 15 years in a home we built in Grand Haven. We did not want to go thru the “build” process again and so decided to buy a home rather than build. We spent several months looking but most of the houses we liked were larger than we wanted. The home we bought from Heys was the size we wanted and beautifully designed. The workmanship is outstanding as are the materials. Bruce and Eric have been available and responsive. Nice experience!
