I scheduled an appointment. Scheduled at 10am. Doctor office called me at 9:30am when i was walking into the building for my appointment, to inform me that he cant see me the day of my scheduled appointment. Take in mind i took off of work, for them to call me 30 min. Prior to my appointment to tell me basically go home you wont be seen today. Worth the wait! Other reviews note that Dr. Heller runs late, and he did for us, but that is because he is giving his patients the time they need. All of these places now book 10 minute appointments - how is it possible to get the care you need? Dr. Heller was worth the wait. We've been to so many other doctors, and received actual ANSWERS from him. Amazing bedside manner, as well! Fabulous doctor!
It was refreshing to have a doctor who’s concerned; he didn’t rush …and I know people say they had to wait… but I did not and even if I had, I finally have somebody who has answers! He was the sixth dermatologist I’ve seen Medicine, the medicine used to be

Dr. Bruce Heller is THE BEST!!! I have been seeing him for a couple of years now and he is fantastic. He is quick and to-the-point. He is a non-cosmetic dermatologist, so I know he’s not trying to upsell unnecessary Botox or laser treatments to me. He is very professional. And I absolutely LOVE his staff. This entire office is amazing.
