Absolutely terrible. 10:30 appointment on a Thursday, arrived at 10:15 because it was my first visit and I knew I'd have to do paperwork. Finished paperwork before 10:30, waited in the waiting room until 11:00. Was called into a SECOND waiting area, sat there until 11:15, when I was moved into an exam room, waited there another 10 minutes. Finally saw Dr. Heller, he ran some tests, prescribed some medication, said I'd get my test results back the next day (Friday).
