Update: This all started with an inappropriate installation of a complete HVAC system by another Hermiston HVAC contractor who didn't show much interest in making the needed corrections. Jeremy evaluated the system, identified the deficiencies, and designed a remediation. The install crew came twice, as needed, and installed Jeremy's changes.
