Down to earth, no BS, and honest realtor . Educated and fluent in the common and uncommon woes of selling / buying your property . Definitely went above and beyond w the sale of my house. He helped w buying the house and more recently selling it. If your HOA is run by idiots, Bruce can deal. Highly recommend for your michiana home. His commission was extraordinarily reasonable.
