I went to Myeye Dr on July 7th 2023 to have my eyes examine which was time. The doctor I have before was no longer there. Therefore another did the exam. When I picked up my order nothing was right. This doctor which my contacts from left to right. When I got home I could barely see out my right eye. I called the office to have the doctor to have her call, she never did. I have been going to dr Goodman for over 20 years. I made an appointment with him almost 3 weeks ago. I go in today and they have no record of my appointment. I rearranged my whole schedule for this appointment. It was they're error, not mine. It seems to me that could have made some kind of an adjustment. THEY DID NOT. I found another doctor.

I went in for a scheduled appointment, my fiance did not have an appointment, but needed new glasses. We were both seen. His glasses came quickly ( about a week). Mine did not come quick. When they did come in, it was missing something I ordered and paid for. After another week, they came in and I've wondered every since if these are really the glasses I ordered. Thank you to Ms Ran and Dr Goodman. I walk in with no appointment and Ms Ran said give us a second. I had no insurance and she explained to me the in store promotion. And promise me that my glasses will be done the next day. Keep smiling Ms Ran your team rock.
