18 July 2022 Dr. Bruce Goldstein, dermatologist has retired. I learned this from New England Dermatology, 8 Atwood Drive, Northampton, MA when I tried to make an appointment with him. It was the last place he worked after Northampton Dermatology on Nonotuck Street.
Very disappointing encounter, left feeling awful. Dr. Blumberg made no effort to connect, comfort me, or ask about any concerns. He did not remember important details about my history. Did not even ask how I was doing or if I had any concerns.
Had a mole examined and skin tags removed. Dr. Genest and his support staff were very knowledgeable in explaining the various aspects of what brought me in. I felt listened to and as the most important patient at that time, which I was! They gave me a great explanation and two brochures explaining my concerns further.
Removal of a cyst on my sternum went without pain or fuss. Dr. Greenlaw has a lovely bedside manner, is friendly and personable. She explained things well. I would recommend her as a dermatologist without reservation.

I've been seeing Dr. Barzilai for over five years. His credentials are impressive MD, PhD, from great schools and completed with highest honors. I had my last exam in October 2020. It was comprehensive as always. The doctor is very good when it comes to answering questions. He is now using a scribe instead of a dictaphone. I believe this is a plus as it is less distracting, thus enhancing communications. Wilbraham, MA

I've been seeing Dr. Barzelai for YEAR'S, I Love him, yes, he dictates into his recorder but that's so he can remember what he told each person. I've gone to him about my Excema and Mole checks, he's the nicest dermatologist I've had, Normally they were jerks with no bedside manner whatsoever, I'm sticking with him! ??
When I called to make an appoint with her, I found out that DR. LEONARD is retired 8/4/2020. I checked on the New England Dermatology website and her picture is no longer among the physicians associated with that practice.
