Worst patient approach I have ever experienced with any dental professional! Complete and total lack of empathy for the patient and his inability to even remotely show any post-operative care is pathetic!! He was only used for an urgent dental issue and he accepted our insurance plan -- sets the bar pretty low but the situation was beyond our control
Two hours ago today, Dr. Fisher extracted two of my adult wisdom teeth. Dr.Fisher was amazing. He has done the removal of wisdom teeth for everyone in my family. He explain the whole process and answered all the crazy questions I asked. As he woke me up after cutting out my wisdom teeth he helped my mom walk me to the car and made sure I was settled in.
Over a period of a few years I had two teeth pulled. He is a brilliant surgeon. I never had pain and both sites healed perfectly. One was a large molar so I had to go back a few months later to get the post for the dental implant.
I broke a molar eating a pork chop and after a week of dealing with it, I decided to see an oral surgeon. Dr. Bruce Fisher (Southern Delaware Oral) is a member of my healthcare network so I called and spoke with Christina. She was very nice and I was able to get an appointment in only 2 days. I was then contacted by Eric who sent me the new patient forms in advance by email. My appointment was for 2:30 and I only had to wait about 10 minutes before I was called.
