Nothing wrong with PA Fernstrom. He's personable and seems to know his material. Virtual appointment over Zoom was flaky. Had to do a voice interview verses a video one.
Just talked. No examination. Even said their was nothing he could do after I told him the problem.
I was able to meet with Bruce Fernstrom, PA-C. He was great to work with, explained things clearly and set up my path forward. He asked good questions and I believe he got a clear picture of my status/condition.
