Would highly recommend this property management! They have always fixed our issues in our home that we rent;in a fairly quick timing matter, and have always given my husband and I great customer service!!
Evans is the absolute worst management company I have ever rented from. They do not have clear procedures and policies about moving in and moving out, and they use that to their advantage to charge you extra money. They do not take care of issues in a timely fashion, and they do not keep you updated during the process of solving issues. As far as I know, they also do not keep the owners of the properties up to date on issues their tenants are having.
