After 60 years of seeing Medical Doctors I have found Dr Witmer and Jennifer to be kind and listen to my concerns. I don’t like being talked done to by some Physicians that they know what’s best after seeing you for a couple minutes. If I ever had to wait it would be ok because I don’t know what the situation is with the patient before me is experiencing. I know when it’s my turn I will be getting the attention that I need. I wish people would lighten up on the Doctors they really do have our best interest at heart they migh... read more
I have learned a lot from Dr Witmer about pain related to spine issues. He is knowledgeable, professional, caring and believes you need to be included in the management of your issues. I highly recommend him. You will be glad he’s treating you.
I really LOVE Dr. Witmer but he is habitually late, even in the a.m. However, in my opinion, he is worth the wait.
Dr. Witmer is never on time for your appointment, even if you are the first of the day! He double books appointments consistently so he is always behind. It is not uncommon to wait an hour for your appointment where he will walk in quickly speaking quickly and still be talking on his way out the door 5 minutes later, if he even spends 5 minutes with you. He can't seem to keep an assistant as the work atmosphere he creates with his problematic scheduling and patient complaints must be hard on the entire staff. He seems oblivi... read more
My contact with Dr. Whitmer was very good, however, his medical assistant failed to respond to my request for a bad reaction to medication until 8 days later, after I had to seek other medical advice. Dr. Whitmer ultimately is responsible for his assistant(s).
I have never waited more than 10 minutes in his office. He is ALWAYS kind, friendly, helpful and empathic. I too feel very fortunate to have him as my pain management doctor. I think he has a wonderful staff as well. You could not ask for a better physician, very knowledgeable. I wish I had found him years ago. I am ha ppy and confident to recommend him.
Dr Witmer was excellent and I have him for when I am hurting.
Dr Witmer is wonderful! He has always provided me with excellent care. I feel very fortunate to be under his care.
Dr. Witmer really helped me. I had terrible aching in my legs that no one had been able to diagnose, let alone treat for seven years. All the previous docs had said sciatica- and in all fairness I do have a disc herniation- but no one would LISTEN when I told them it wasn't sciatica alone, until Doc Witmer. He found I also had bursitis in both hips. He heard * He listened * He treated me Seven years of ongoing pain and this physician figured it out. My hero!
