Well run and well staffed office.
Doctor was able to get me in after being referred by my sister in law. I thought I had a bad wound but it turns out it was just a dermatitis type issue. I did have a dermatology appointment a month later and he stated 'that is to long' They called a Dermatologist they knew. Got me in right away and did not charge me for the visit. Yes, they did not charge me and went the extra mile to help me.
I am a patient and a physician. I have practiced for 45 years. Both Dr. Ruben and his staff are remarkable providers. I send all my patients to him as his care is remarkable
Went to him because nobody else could help me. Within one month of his at home infusion treatment my condition improved and my bone infection due to a wound on head is almost cleared up. He and his staff (also love Dr Smock, kitty, shay and Robin!) treat me like my issues are the most important ones and spend a lot of time with me. I am confident that they will get me cleared up and even have a oral antibiotic suppressant plan once we pull the IV. I was extremely happy with Dr. Ruben and his knowledgeable, efficient and friendly staff. I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone. He will spend as much time with you as is needed to fully explain everything and answer all of your questions. I hope not to have to see Dr. Ruben again, but if I do, I will look forward to it. To close I will say that his staff is very accommodating and accessible AND his cell phone number is on his business card!
Dr. Ruben and his staff are absolutely Top Notch. The care that I received from each person at Encompass was truly 2nd to None.
