I have been seeing Dr. West and his nurse practitioner Ms. Frencher for many many years and I wouldn't trade their services for anything or anyone else. They do a great job and have always been hospitable, caring, knowledgeable, and together with Tracy the office manager made me always feel like I was important and like family!!!
My initial experience with Dr. Bruce West was many years ago before he relocated to the Northwestern HWY office. I had only seen him once maybe twice after my doctor of several years retired. I was not pleased with his bedside manner at all. After the second appointment (to be sure my first impression was warranted), I expressed my displeasure with his staff. Dr. Bruce West is a fantastic doctor, I've been his patient for almost 20 years his bedside manner is excellent. He's very easy to talk to and Tracey is the best!
I love Dr. West and his staff! They’re all so pleasant, professional and friendly. They make you feel welcomed when you step in their office. The office is always clean, that’s a major plus! It’s never crowded, and the appointments are quick. I highly recommend this office if you’re searching for a quiet environment and an awesome OBGYN.
