I had a back and ribs injury/fracture(s), which the doctor doesn’t seem to specialise in and that’s fine but the assistant with whom I consulted in reasonable details about my injury could have informed the same prior to consulting with the doctor. This could have saved all our time, my money and the physical pain I endured throughout this process. Moreover, they forgot to share the X-ray scans that were the real takeaways to this. My husband suffered a painful shoulder injury back in March 2022. We didn’t know about Dr Douthit at that time. We went to a doctor from our church as my husband had been treated by him in the past, considered him a friend, had been on mission trips with this other doctor,and this other doctor came highly recommended. We were sorely disappointed with this other dr’s treatment of my husband‘s painful shoulder, we couldnt get on this guys surgery schedule, his surgery scheduler wouldn’t call us back, among other things, the wh... read more
first visit with Dr. Douthit today. Wonderful bedside manner, thorough and detailed and extremely knowledgeable. I was very impressed.

Dr. Douthit is outstanding! I've been to many orthos throughout the years with chronic knee osteoarthritis since my early teens and he's definitely top 5! I was referred to him from a someone who works with him in the OR and so glad I did! I came to see him for a second opinion. He took his time reviewing my entire history and my long case, answered all our questions, and really showed HEART! It was such a refreshing visit and I can't recommend him enough. It's worth it to learn how to pronounce his name!
