My mother has used this company several times. She recently had a door clicker placed to be able to garage door without needing opener. The device did not function after a few days. She called and asked for help. Was told a service charge would be needed. She asked also for directions to re program unit. Was told twice they were mailed. Never received. I had to go over there to company to get them. This should not have happened to a loyal customer. Lied to her just to get more money.
