I cannot recommend Bruce Cram's services enough. We were two new and nervous home buyers with a lot of questions, and he was such a help. The pre-work Bruce does in vetting homes for you prior to showing them is invaluable, and led us to having success very early on with a property I don't think we would have even seen on our own.
