I paid-in full for my stent surgery. Over a year later I get a new invoice for several hundred dollars for a "telemedicine visit" of 40 -50 minutes that never happened. My insurance company that pays for a share of everything will not pay this mystery bill either. Bruce Chen must have a boat payment that he is getting creative about.

Dr Chen took care of my needs promptly and professionally, however the office staff has not followed up on his order to schedule a necessary test going on day 4 now
Dr. Chen is professional who shows enthusiasm about the overall well-being of my health conditions. I had a bypass surgery some 15 years ago in Chicago area. He reviewed my past cardiology history with great care. He was patient in explaining how diet and exercise are fundamentals to my heart. He even demonstrated to me how to exercise to be more effective. Dr. Chen is courteous, easy to communicate and care about my family as well. Dr. Chen was worried about my heart and spent time talking about good diet and walking. He took time to listen to my problems, explained the medications and I had a hart cath through my wrist with a stent. I was worried but it was easy. My chest presure went away and I have more energy. His staff were great too! A++++++++++++
I was accidentally late (20 minutes) for my appointment because I had mistaken the appt time. I drove an hour and a half to get there. The office girl ignored me for 5 minutes. Then when she asked who I was, she left to talk to the doctor, said I was late and he would not see me. Very little respect for patients' time and expense. It was my error to be late, but it was barely late. Inexcusable treatment of a patient. No respect. I will not return.
Took great care of me when I was admitted for tachycardia. He attended to everything I asked and needed.
Dr. Chen is concerned about my health and helping every little bit in preventing a heart attack. He takes the time to talk about changes in my life including exercises and healthy food choices.
