Had bunionectomy and replacement of 2nd toe joint. All seemed okay though rough having pins sticking visibly out of toes. This was ugly and at times very painful, but I accepted the look and feel as necessary for alignment and healing. After literally months like this, Dr finally removed pins. This meeting at his Rhawn St location left me devastated. My left big toe stuck way out to the right and the new joint did not bend and this caused my third toe to tuck under the second. His answer?
