One thing we did not have on our to-do list for our summer vacation in Maine this year was to have our alternator repaired – but when our dashboard lit up like a Christmas tree, our SUV lost power, and the AAA tow truck driver determined our battery was no longer charging, all signs pointed towards needing to have the alternator replaced. Nice guys. They squeezed me into their busy schedule when I picked up a nail.
We were here on vacation from Georgia, and woke to find we had a flat tire. Since we were leaving the next day we had to get it fixed quickly. Took it to Brown’s and they got us in quickly, repaired the tire, and we were on our way. The two gentlemen we encountered there were friendly and helpful. We are thankful they were there when we needed them.
Very disappointed I’ve taken my truck to these guys for awhile and never had a problem so sent my mother over there for an oil change and a tire rotation and a sticker and things went haywire !! Never changed her oil never rotated her tires and called her screaming that all her sensor lights came on like a Christmas tree the car was totally fine going into the shop !! The man was very aggressive with a 65 year old woman with cancer charged her 160$ and did NOTHING besides screw her car up !!! Another 1600$ later to turn the ... read more
