Have worked with them on several deals. They have always been on top of it.
Very difficult to deal with. Their realtor called for a client interested in purchasing property we have, however they refuse to bring their client in for a showing unless we sign a listing agreement with them. Sneaky and illegal. No common sense or understanding that contracts pay the commission if you bring in a buyer. Will never consider them for any property.
